The initial roadmap and coaching cycle are built to support you over 8 to 12 weeks. You can cancel at anytime, but many clients continue beyond that for ongoing accountability and progress, but the commitment is flexible based on your goals.

The workout programs are tailored to your situation. Whether you're training at home or at a commercial gym, wel'll work with the equipment you have available. The same goes for time investment - I'll adapt your workouts to the time you have available.
Each week, you’ll submit a short form via the app to reflect on your week, share wins and struggles. I’ll review your progress and respond through a short video sharing insights, tweaks, and feedback to keep you moving forward.
Yes! I only want you in my coaching program if you want it more. So if you feel you don't get the value you paid for, or if you're not seeing any visibile results within 8 weeks, you can send me a message to request a refund. I'll then process the refund and your KL Coaching account will be deactivated.
