Using the KL Coaching app, you'll be able to see your progress anytime to keep motivated.
Through the app you'll be able to log your workouts, nutrition, steps and more. Using this information, we have a weekly check-in in which we review your progress and make any changes to your plans to keep you on track to hit your goals.
Correct technique and execution is not only paramount to building muscle, it also reduces the chance of injuries. No injuries = more time you can effectively train and grow muscle. It should always be your top priority when you're in the gym. Every set, every rep.
In my online personal training program I will analyze and provide feedback on your technique through videos of the set you send me. This way you can get the benefit of in-person personal training while getting around the clock support and personalization through online coaching. Best of both worlds!

My coaching program is essentially a 1:1 online personal trainer. We always start with a goals & needs assessment to get a deep understanding if where you are now and where you want to go. Based on that, I'll provide you with a personalized workout & nutrition program through the KL Coaching app. In the app you track your workouts and nutrition (optional) and/or do a daily check-in. With that information I will review your progress every week (weekly check-in) and make any changes to your program as necessary to keep you progressing. Within the KL Coaching app you can send me a message 24/7 to get support on anything you need.
I only want you in my coaching program if you want it more. So if you feel you don't get the value you paid for, or if you're not seeing any visibile results within 8 weeks, you can send me a message through the KL Coaching app to request a refund. I'll then process the refund and your KL Coaching account will be deactivated.
