My coaching program is essentially a 1:1 online personal trainer. We always start with a goals & needs assessment to get a deep understanding of where you are now and where you want to go. Based on that, I'll provide you with a personalized workout & nutrition program, that fits your lifestyle, through the KL Coaching app. In the app you track your workouts and nutrition (optional). With that information I will review your progress every week (weekly check-in) and make any changes to your program as necessary to keep you progressing. Within the KL Coaching app you can send me a message 24/7 to get support on anything you need.
I only want you in my coaching program if you want it more. So if you feel you don't get the value you paid for, or if you're not seeing any visibile results within 8 weeks, you can send me a message through the KL Coaching app to request a refund. I'll then process the refund and your KL Coaching account will be deactivated.
